Refund and Returns Policy
Because our desserts are freshly baked and sealed to order, we’re unable to accept returns once your order has been dispatched.
However, if your cans arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right – fast.
Just email hello@crazycans.store within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
If you change your mind before your pre-order has shipped, we can process a full refund to your original payment method.
For party or corporate bulk orders, we’ll send a sample confirmation before finalising – once you approve, those orders are non-refundable except in the case of damage or defect.
